Sunday, June 3, 2018 - A tale of two wines. Days 1 & 2, I was rather put off by the heavy petrol and awkward bitterness. Coming back to it three days later and it was a fully serviceable Riesling, complementing my halibut in fine fashion. My takeaway is: give it a long and perhaps aggressive aeration to ward off the young meanies, even though it isn’t that young. 4+12+16+8= 90
