Friday, May 16, 2014 - Drank this at Extra Space @ Boon Keng for a Rosé tasting session.
Tasted alongside the Drumsara Pinot Rosé, Orliac Bergerie de L'Hortus Coteaux du Languedoc Rose de Saignee, Château Miraval Côtes de Provence Rosé (all from the 2012 vintage) and Turkey Flat Rosé 2010.
Colour remains baby pink with orangy notes starting to develop on the sides. Notes of fresh strawberries and cherries on the nose and palate. Has a perfumed bouquet upon opening and a nice, long lingering finish. Acidity is not as intense or pronounced as before, and the wine is starting to evolve secondary characteristics.
Interesting experience to revisit this wine after tasting this bottle a year ago.
