Saturday, June 18, 2022 - In addition to two Chateau Lafitte, one of the top three wines I've ever tasted. Thick layer of sediment in bottle and cloudy in the glass. Beautiful garnet color. Distinctly fruity nose (raisins?), reminding one of a fine Port. So bursting with jammy fruit that it almost tastes sweet. Tannins are just a nice frame. Zesty, lingering finish. A complete joy.
