Thursday, May 22, 2014 - Classic Syrah nose with bacon fat, olive, and a wonderful mustiness. Smooth and silky with lots of fruit, but not cloying or over the top. Long finish. This wine should age well for many years, but is approachable now. EXCELLENT.
