Sunday, September 6, 2015 - Went well with tomato and ricotta on cavatelli. May have also come settled down a bit since last tasting. Dark cherry and herbal nose. Rich mouth feel. I recall that when paired with red meat, the finish comes across as a bit too ripe and even candied. But with tomato and ricotta the finish did well.
