Thursday, November 18, 2021 - 50% Syrah, 40% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon.
Not an overly complex wine. Still youthful and still some distance to run. Initially. it was a bit of a dull wine struggling to wake up but as it opened up, it became quite pleasant. Racy for a red wine but don't overthink it.
Drink now to 2026+
