Friday, October 21, 2011 - The had a strong toffee, coffee, caramel and chocolate profile. Not much in terms of the lifted, citrus skin and bitter nutskin flavors that can balance out the more torrefacted flavors. A bit on the sweet side and a bit soft. Could use more cut.
