Friday, June 28, 2013 - Very rich Marsanne, with butterscotch and oaky character and ripe stone fruit core. Quite a big wine, but it all sort of works together. On the finish, there is a sake-ness about the flavor and mouth sensations. I wish I had more than one bottle of this. At $20 from Last Bottle (vs. $30 on their site), it was a good buy, especially with free shipping only 3 bottles. I will look out for this producer again (although this was a collaboration between Miner and François Villard in the Rhône).
