Thursday, July 5, 2012 - Bright lemon custard, floral, some unripe peach. Slightly creamy texture, but with good acid verve, hint of mineral. Not overtly Cali SB. Great for July 4th outdoor dining now, but could see this developing with a couple of years in cellar if you're so inclined (I'm not).
