Sunday, January 18, 2015 - Served with Sunday supper of Pasta Alla Olio and Eggplant Parmigianino in an Eisch wineglass. Smooth starts with a nice hint of tart grass and then rounds to a hint of grapefruit. Certainly worth the price of admission, strong enough to hold up to the garlic in the Pasta Alla Olio.
