Tuesday, October 26, 2021 - Pristine bottle, perfect cork, level <2cm below the cork. Slender and fresh, harmonious and together, tobacco smoke and cedar, beef stew and toasted nuts, vestiges of red berry fruit, still some tannic grip, lively and transparent, dry but fragrant finish with a touch of Seville orange. Lovely.
