But at $8 a pop, this is quite a bit of fun, particularly if you like a slap of oak on the nose and palate. Some apricots, peaches, pears and tangerine and a nice dollop of butterscotch, especially in the finish. Purists will decry the heavy hand in the wood and alcohol department. But for a reasonably priced summertime sipper, this provides quite a bit of pleasure.
