Friday, June 12, 2020 - A little bricking color. Has a great nose of earthiness, cedar forest and black and blue brambly fruit. Has wonderfully integrated flavors of rich brambly blueberry fruit, loamy, peat, wild mushrooms and black pepper. The finish is succulent and spicy. Was a great pairing with our sirloin cap (coulotte steak).
