Wednesday, August 8, 2012 - Dark, rich, hearty Spanish Granacha. Some oak and spiced fruits on the nose. Rich, thick, tannic body. Dark cherries, raspberry jam. Could probably use more air than I gave it tonight and likely to get better and mellow out a bit in the next 6-9 months. This is still very young, but promising.
