Monday, May 20, 2013 - Color of pomegranate juice and equally tannic, acidic and juicy. Went great with a lamb ragu with mint and peas (onion, garlic and shallots too) tonight at home. Consistent with last two bottles. Considering getting another and putting it aside for 1 1/2 years to see if it sheds some of its sharp edges.
