Thursday, January 23, 2014 - Tight and complex out of the bottle, it opens up after about an hour in the glass. Layers of minerality, dark fruits, chocolate to start, with smoke and bacon like flavors filling in with some time. Great value, I imagine this will hold up fine for a couple years in the cellar.
