Friday, September 21, 2012 - Lip smacking Chardonnay for $10 in the DC area. This is a special vin ordinaire for those gatherings where your focus is conversation not about wine but you would honor your guests. California wineries have trouble getting a must that will produce this style of food-seeking Chard, less about perfume and bakery pies and more about such abstractions as verve, harmony, and balance. 85-87.
