Sunday, July 23, 2017 - At it's prime. Drink now. The wine has improved considerably since 2013 when we tried it the first time. Paired nicely with bratwurst and peppers & onion (classy!). Notes of strawberry on the pallet. Rather complex and not at all a flabby Pinot.
