Sunday, November 9, 2014 - PnP. Slightly oxidative on nose along with hints of lemon and saline notes, a very subtle sherry-like nose because of the veil ageing. Mouth coating and savory on palate with a remarkable salty taste. Very nice, wonderful with paella.
