Tuesday, July 9, 2019 - Light gold color. Aromas of ripe pears, candied lime, honeysuckle and wood spices. Ripe, fully-integrated fruit in the mouth with excellent depth and length. Intense and very persistent on the palate. Still in the sweet spot of maturity and delicious with the outstanding fish first courses at Pumpkin Restaurant.
