Sunday, December 29, 2013 - Had this wine with friends from a magnum with burrata, olives, and crusty bread! the fruit is ripe with a complexity that goes beyond the typical. Lovely dark fruit flavor in this blend the really typifies the Paso region. The food was Italian and the wine easily dealt with the fatty richness. As the night went on it only became more enjoyable. I love that Saxum doesnt up charge for magnums!
