Friday, August 7, 2015 - This bottle was drank at the golf course with friends after 3 1/2 hours of decanting. The wine was very deep purple in colour and clear. I really enjoyed this tonight as there were tons of blueberries both on the nose and in the glass. The alcohol levels and tannins both seemed to be in good balance and I noticed a particularily long finish to the wine. This was one of my favourite Saxum's ever.
