Tuesday, March 29, 2011 - Gave this 4 hours of air in the cellar which it needed. Dark fruit, mineral, flowers and a hint of chocolate. Incredible sweet tannins that were silky and well integrated. Deeply complex with impeccable balance and a super long fihish. Drink now with a few hours of air or hold.
