Monday, April 25, 2011 - Sampled 4/23/11. Dense. Loaded with blackberries, black currant, licorice, some mocha notes and dried herbs. The tannins are still a bit chunky and the wine is in a disjointed phase right now. There is plenty of good things in this wine, but it needs time to come back together. Try again in a couple years, it will get better.
