Thursday, February 23, 2012 - From a 375. Dark purple. Nose of cassis, cedar, forest floor, blackberries. Soft entry on the palate with eventual luxuriant layers of moca, currant, dark berry, earth, and plum refreshed by moderate acidity and still-structured tannins. Long, long finish of grippy black fruit. Very polished yet quite concentrated. Excellent.
