Saturday, May 3, 2008 - In celebration of passing the generals! Decanted for 1hr in ice bucket, drank over the next two. I perceived this as being lighter colored juice. Beautiful blackberry masked by a little shoe polish on first taste. Later, the fruit was more expressive and complimented with spice and leather. Wonderful wine. This should age well for a while.
