Sunday, June 7, 2020 - A bit heavy on the oak at first PnP, though even then nicely integrated with red fruits. With time this all starts to integrate nicely -- umami and capsicum, sweet dark fruits, a slight amount of heat. But after 2 hours plus in the glass this is starting to hit its stride. Only one left -- will try to wait at least a few more years, if not more, to try the last one. And interestingly, this seemed to do a bit better with food than without -- at least in the first 90 minutes.
