With time this all starts to integrate nicely -- umami and capsicum, sweet dark fruits, a slight amount of heat. But after 2 hours plus in the glass this is starting to hit its stride. And interestingly, this seemed to do a bit better with food than without -- at least in the first 90 minutes.
