Monday, October 1, 2018 - Darker, golden color. Big, intense nose of bruised yellow apples (from the orchard ground). Lively, citrus and bruised yellow apple flavors. Full, medium (+) intense body. Medium (+) acidity. Tangy finish. Reminiscent of hard apple cider. Probably over the hill, now. Went well with acorn squash stuffed with a ground turkey/green pepper/rice mixture.
