Saturday, October 10, 2015 - This was drank without decanting at a friend's house. The wine was clear and a deep mix of red and purple in colour. This wine had a strong nose and flavours of chocolate and ripe cherries. The spice levels were certainly there but not overly strong. Both the acidity and tannins were also quite present which leads me to believe that this wine has years ahead of it. This bottle was very enjoyable tonight.
