Friday, June 21, 2013 - Light straw color. Spritzy nose of citrus, limestone and apple. Similar flavors on the palate with mostly tart apple and mineral flavors along with just a touch of sweetness on the back end. Good, crisp acidity and a pleasant finish. Nice pairing with sweet and sour Thai dishes. Excellent QPR as well.
