Thursday, March 24, 2005 - Deep yellow gold (Napa-colored?), low viscosity. Nose of buttered popcorn. On the palate, at first butter and some pear, but with air gained refinement and elegance and resolved into a more Burgundian profile, including a touch of earth to go with the pears, apples, oranges and mouth-watering acidity. Very, very nice.
