Thursday, December 19, 2013 - Rich gold color. Pear tarts and honey on the nose. Mouthfeel is thick, unctuous. Pears, apple pie, sweet nuts on the palate. Low, low acidity. Very smooth and very tasty stuff. Still seems young.
