Monday, February 27, 2023 - (Probably disgorged in 2010 with base year 2006, 100% Chardonnay, dosage 7 gr/L)
Maturing nose showing hazelnuts and yellow apples and some minerals on the discreet nose. Red apples maturity with lime minerals acidity and a pleasant finish showing a minerals saltiness on the lips. Still feeling a bit anonymous despite extra time in the cellar.
(Best with 3-9 years extra cellaring)
