Sunday, October 26, 2014 - Medium ruby red. Indian spices and leather with distant potpourri on the nose. Really a fascinating bouquet. Notes of spiced crabapple, saddle leather, concentrated raspberries. Cigar tobacco from the mid-palate into a long, lingering finish. 91, more because it is interesting than because I like it. Caveat: tried on a Delta flight from Atlanta to Amsterdam.
