Saturday, October 25, 2014 - Decanted for 3 hours. Medium-dark color with read-through rim. Savory aromas of cumin, plum skin and a nice, bright citrus element. Richly textured on the palate with flavors of black fruit, roasted spices and dark fruit liqueur. The flavors are sweet, rich and concentrated with fresh, juicy acidity. Lovely now with a good decant, this will certainly continue to evolve for at least a few more years.
