Thursday, April 11, 2013 - Light, fresh nose of elderflower, citrus and apples. Light bodied and good levels of acidity. Felt off dry initially but once our palate got used to the acidity and sweetness, we believe it is just about dry. Honey, citrus, apples and pears with a slight mineral finish. A very decent length. Try not to serve it too cold and allowing it to breathe rewarded us with a lovely glass of dryish nectar.
