Saturday, May 9, 2015 - Silvery hay gold colour. Nose is saline butter, crushed oyster shell. Palate is rounded melted saline butter, lemon skins and succulent roasted lemon flesh. Followed by tons of minerals. Refreshing and mouthwatering. Good weight, length and a forever reverberance. Really impressive. Paired brilliantly with carpaccio of Hokkaido Scallops
