Sunday, April 23, 2023 - Opened to celebrate discharge. Pours a watery medium red. Classic Zin nose of musk, bramble, high acid pepper and strawberry. Flavor profile continues the classic old school zin profile. Fleshed out and gains depth on day two...darker, meatier, losing a bit of acidity and zin bramble and deeper blacks and jam. Very nice.
