Tuesday, February 2, 2016 - Dry, quite bready. Some yeast with a nice stone fruit note. The nose and palate match. Light acidity but overall could use a bit more complexity/structure. Pleasant and I appreciate a FLX sparkling wine but perhaps a bit pricey.
