Monday, March 2, 2015 - This is exceptional. Deep garnet color and plush black raspberry, herb and rocky soil nose. Rich red and black fruit, herbs and anise flavor. A touch of sweetness but not cloying. Long, elegant finish with just the right acidity. I have been buying Booker wines for five years now so not much experience in aging them. I suppose time could do more magic here but it is hard to see how. Tied for highest score I have given a Booker wine and the other was also from the 2010 vintage.
