Tuesday, September 8, 2020 - Exploding with Black and red fruit but not jammy or flabby at all. The syrah takes the lead and adds a little pepper and spice but this wine is mostly about the fruit. Structured, but the tannin is pure silk and the acidity is in perfect balance. A high abv wine but extremely well concealed at this stage. This wine should drink really well for another 2-3 yeas.
