Saturday, July 25, 2015 - A mineral/terroir driven Sancerre, loaded with an assortment of stone, slate, clay, marble, with just a hint of lemon, kiwi and lime. Paired with BLT, made with thin slices of sweet onion and of course thick slices of ripe home grown Hanover tomatoes, a very nice match. Yum!
