Tuesday, July 23, 2013 - Popped and poured. Another standout from Donum. A big, fruity pinot, this is all black cherry and spice with a subtle candied element to it. This will definitely benefit from some more time and I won't touch my other bottle for at least a couple more years. There was a little too much heat on this at the moment; give it a good decant if opening now. 92 now; possibly higher score with more time.
