Wednesday, June 30, 1999 - Tasted at Brasserie with Keith and Norma Turner (going away dinner). Tiny, brisk bead. Intense yeasty, complex nose and palate. Incredible! This is the best champagne that I have tasted to date. Phenomenal with tuna tartar.
