Wednesday, December 31, 1997 - Fabulous Champagne. Enjoyed with lobster in tomato broth at home for NYE. Excellent mousse, not gassy. Slightly gold color. Delicate vanilla biscuity nose. Marvelous texture, weight, flavor. Presumably at peak. Elegant. Not too light, too heavy, too yeasty. Epitome of Cristal.
