Thursday, July 4, 2013 - Deep opaque purple in the glass. Nose is rich ripe and too delicious. Notes of deep black fruit, cacao, and mocha start to appear. There is also a meaty character present. The palate shows richness and power with good balance. Drinking well now with a good decant to let the structure relax a bit.
