Saturday, May 27, 2017 - The second red of our memorial day buffet. You just can't go wrong with a Saxum. I opened the wine 5 hours before dinner. Dark fruit on the nose, the palate was intertwining layers of berries, plums, red meat, wood and coffee. The long Saxum finish goes on and on.
