5/10/2020 4:43:00 AM - Good Morning - an unrequested but friendly little hint -I am a big Saxum fan and since no bottle of wine ever last two days in my house and that was before the quarantine my rule of thumb is to open them at breakfast and drink them at dinner. I find that the long slow ox really does the trick for Saxum. The 2010's are really beautiful wines. Enjoy. Good drinking and stay healthy.
