Friday, February 19, 2016 - Decanted a few hours. Layers of smells and tastes evolving throughout the bottle. Initially quite closed and very acidic,(acetone) and the fruit subdued. In the last glass it really showed character. The sweet fruit showed its face with plums, honey, kumquats, mandarin. Also a chocolate/cocoa finish. Good aftertaste and medium tannin. Needs much more time.
