Sunday, May 10, 2015 - Outstanding wine, we decanted through a vinturi and let sit for an hour and a half while we drank a bottle of Seasmoke Pinot Noir. Dark fruit on the nose, the palate was blueberry, blackberry, cigar box with a touch of toffee. Unlike 10 months ago when I last drank a bottle this time the long finish had hints of fig.
